Fantastic service. I rang to ask for advice before going over to look at wetsuits. Kieron was amazingly helpful/knowledgeable and really knew his stuff. I find it really difficult to get a wetsuit that fits me well but there were a number of options available to me and 2 were already in stock. He had them out ready for me even though I had rung about 10 days earlier (but told him when I was coming in). They both fit well. I have a new wetsuit now and am very happy. Totally recommend. Thank you Kieron.

Ive shopped at Robin Hood Watersports on a few occassions now in person and this was my first on line shop. The service they provide is excellent and they go the extra mile to find you the items you want. My on line experience is just like a visit to the store. Great goods and exceptional service.

On Wednesday evening I ordered a Malone Nomad TRX kayak cart from Robin Hood Watersports and it was delivered on Friday morning.
Robin Hood Watersports = Great choice of products, very competitive pricing and super-efficient delivery, everything you could possibly wish for from an online supplier. Highly recommended.

Ordered burton snowboard jacket on the Thursday and it was there the next day and really pleased with the jacket.

They kept me updated all the way till it arrived.

Excellent business to deal with. Highly knowledgeable staff who were friendly and efficient.

What can I say about this place, IT'S GREAT.
I just had a two groups of kids go through the "Try Dive". They loved it, the staff in the shop were great and made the process easy. Communications were fantastic and everything went like clockwork for both groups. The diving instructors were incredibly good, taking the time with all of the kids to make sure they were super safe but that they all had a great time. I would just like to thank them a lot because they made the events great. The parents of the kids say that they all want to go back and do it again.
We WILL be going back.

I sent my dive torch in for a repair. It was out of the guarantee period, but I was charged a very reasonable price to fix it. They received it yesterday, repaired it immediately and it was returned to me today. Communication and service were excellent. Highly recommended!

I serviced my regulator with Robin Hood Watersports a couple of months ago. I had a damaged cover to my second stage and every other dive repair shop I contacted wanted me to throw it away and tried to sell me a new first stage, second stage and octopus set. From the moment I contacted RoHo they were very reasonable and practical and whereas they concurred that it was not repairable, they offered to sell me and install a second hand second stage and service the rest of my still useable system. Overall i spent about a sixth of the cost of buying a new set with someone else. Communication was a breeze as well as the delivery and payment. I have waited two months to write this review because I wanted to thoroughly test my serviced regulator. I have now used it on 10 dives and I can say it works beautifully. I thoroughly recommend RoHo even if you are only looking for some advice.

Fantastic customer service.
I rang to check some details on windsurfing harness lines. Callum was very knowledgeable and keen to help answer them, including taking measurements and photos for me. In my experience this was above and beyond other windsurf shops.
Am really happy with the Point7 Vario harness lines I purchased. They work spot on and a great fit for me.
