I took both my Son and God son (age 7/10yrs) to ROHO for a rolling session! What an experience! Joe got the lads doing the basics of rolling within the session which is more than I could have hoped. They're indoor pool is such a great safe places for kids to learn. Both can't wait to go back! Joe was brilliant and enthusiastic with the lads!

I’ve recently purchased a new kayak from Robin Hood Watersports ,my club, paddle mates and myself have been coming back here for years now.The excellent advice from George and the staff is second to none ,always have plenty of stock in and the prices are spot on .More importantly any warranty issues are dealt with quickly and happily, buy with confidence from these guys .

I was contacted by George after registering on the website. George offered advise on the products I was viewing which was much appreciated. Efficient and polite communication throughout the purchase process.

I've been using George and the team at RoHo for the past few years and I cannot fault them one bit! I've bought almost everything you can imagine from them, from kayaks to aquapacs you get the same level of customer care regardless and have a genuine knoledge and love for the sport(s). Genuinely recommend RoHo they're a top bunch!

I rang up about getting a copy of a receipt from 18 months ago. Quickly got it emailed and then George went above and beyond in helping me sort out the issue.

Fantastic Service & Great Product Knowledge.

Having previously purchased several Windsurfing boards and sails from them, I have just purchased 2 sea kayaks and accessories from Robinhood Watersports and the service has been gold plated!!

Their product knowledge is great, and they genuinely want to make sure you get the right kit for you, without any hassle or “hard sell”.

George and Jo were very patient, friendly and above all knowledgeable. They were very helpful and flexible when it came to logistics and delivery too.

Overall, I received excellent service form George, Jo and the whole team. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. They were always happy to answer my questions and give good and impartial advice. Thank you for all your help.

Robinhood watersports is such a great outlet for kayaking supplies and very competitive on prices. Recently purchased my new whitewater kayak via george who is full of good information and very accomodating to your needs. Well worth a phone call or even a visit.

The combined experience of the team at Robin Hood Watersports (ROHO) enables them to be more than just a sales team. My experiences, each time I have been in the shop, have felt like I have had a personal shopper experience where I have been listened to, the products I thought I needed discussed, sometimes challenged and the kit I have come away with has always been exactly what I needed even if I went in thinking I needed something else. I have purchased paddles, dry suits, cags, buoyancy aids, wetsuit boots, more recently canyoning boots for better grip on wet rocks etc. I thoroughly recommend giving the shop a visit if you are need of some kayaking kit.

One slight negative would be the website, sometimes it is very difficult to find what I’m looking for but usually a quick call to the team and I can find it. Sometimes it is a bit slow too. Of course it may well be user error rather than issue with website!

At all stages of my purchase RoHo made sure everything was in order and were very timely & professional in their transactions.

George and Jo are always very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Not pushy to buy things but recommends and guides you as a customer. Which is what we want when buying water sports stuff.
The service is above and beyond each time I go. They go that extra mile to get it right.
Brought and swapped many boats as I’ve grown out of them. This times purchase was a sea kayak which has now been added to my growing collection of boats.

Absolutely awesome company. Every staff member goes above and beyond to help you. They always offer the best advice, not just what is most expensive. I recommend them to everybody and wouldn't go anywhere else for watersports equipment :-) thank you!

Excellent Communications from RoHo and great prices. Easy to read and use website, lots of great content on their blogs.
George went the extra mile with fitting extra grips I purchased to my kayak and delivery was on time as originally agreed. Really pleasant chap. Will definitely use them again.

Don't buy here anything!

Absolutely awful service. My order #000012740 to South Korea is stuck on the Korean border since October, 14 because of the documents wich were made wrong. Several times I asked the seller to solve the problem or help anyhow but I got no any answer. At all! Now I just want my money back, and since there are no any comments from the shop I guess I'll go to court soon.

If the shop wants to solve the problem - contact me.

UPD after the shop's answer:

According to my experience of orders in international online stores, if I pay for delivery to the store - the store solves the problems that happens in the process. My package was stuck at the Korean border, you, first, did not notify me about the fee, second, totally ignored my requests for help. You partially returned the money even for the goods (the money for delivery there and back hasn't been returned), a month after it was returned to you. If I hadn't written this review, the money would not have been returned at all. As a result - there are no goods, money is lost. I paid for YOUR MISTAKE.

George and team go beyond for fellow paddlers, people looking to get into a sport or just anyone for that matter! They are a great team and very supportive.
