Ordered something at Hofer, Prices are completely wrong, products are missing. Full amount charged. Waiting 2 weeks without any response.
If I went to Hofer on my own it would have been 50€ with roksh it's 70€ because of 2 different fees and paying for things that won't be delivered.
Never again
Worst company. Customer service is useless. I used to order from them regularly but after many disappointing experiences, I'd rather take my money elsewhere.
1. Last month: delivery was delayed by 3 hours with no notification, couldn't get anyone from support to respond to my enquiries. I paid for a specific time slot and never received a refund for the delivery fee.
2. Today, I received an email saying due to a technical glitch, my order will be delayed by 10-60 mins. It arrived nearly 2 hours late and I paid for a premium time window of 9-10am. It arrived at 11:40. Was not offered refund for delivery fee. The driver phoned me to say he was outside, he then proceeded to let me know that I only had 15,000 huf worth of my 30,000 huf order. The reason he gave was because the remaining products were too expensive and he didn't know if I would want them. I would have preferred if he actually phoned me and gave me the option, because now I have to place an order elsewhere for the remaining items.
Do yourself a favour and don't order from here, it's not worth the inconvenience or stress.
