We started Role Models because we know that academic success alone is not enough to build tomorrow’s leaders. The World Economic Forum Future of Jobs Report explains how life skills are the most essential skills for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Even more importantly, we know the life skills we help children to develop are essential for them to be independent, happy and to grow into well-rounded adults. Every person needs these skills to thrive. We complement traditional academic education by delivering online & offline courses for 3-13 year olds that develop young peoples’ skills in leadership, confidence, resilience, creative problem solving, collaboration and growth mindset. These skills really impact the everyday lives of the young people we work with… Our weekly Masterclass sessions for 3-13 year olds complement academic learning by developing young peoples’ resilience, creative problem solving, confidence, collaboration, growth mindset and leadership qualities. Through exploring and practising these essential characteristics by regularly attending our fun sessions, children are empowered to develop an independent ability to overcome and learn from challenges – growing a healthy and engaged mind that is ready to flourish.

Our 11 yo and 13 yo have taken various online courses with Rolemodels over the years and have thoroughly enjoyed them. The concepts conveyed are close to our principles and values and the teachers share them with a passion. I recommend them to all our friends.
My 10yr old is simply loving the sessions and he even helped his teenage sister (somewhat to her chagrin at the start) work through a challenging problem with a growth mindset. It was priceless!!!
Thank you for all you are doing - I hope you know how enjoyable the sessions are - my son comes back filled to the brim every time.
Definitely a course all kids (and adults) would benefit taking part in.

Fantastic inclusive business who have made us feel so welcome! My daughter has grown in confidence and loves her classes so much.
It took no more than half a session for my daughter to love the class and the teacher. She is always happy and excited to attend the next class and I can easily tell the difference it makes to her view for herself and others. I highly recommend the class and the teacher and hope that many more topics will become available for the kids to develop these soft skills.
