Phoned the “mobile” number on the website (bad sign already), they phoned me back and I explained I was previously calling as I wanted to sell a Rolex datejust I had just been offered (but no longer needed for myself), by my local retailer. I didn’t even get the chance to explain what variant it was until I got “no, no interest whatsoever”
I thought these people were buyers? Unsure if it was my accent or what but the gentleman was unapologetically rude and shut me down straight away. Safe to say I won’t be going near them for anything again.

Asil was quick to respond to any correspondence and came across as a very open and honest person. We met in person in London as agreed after Asil had travelled down from Manchester. Outstanding service
Not having a relationship with Asil at RWT before I was a little nervous initially, but need not have been. Asil was great to deal with. As it happened I didn't keep the watch due to a small issue we all missed, but it was dealt with extremely professionally and quickly. To me it's a much better mark of a business as to how they deal with issues when things don't quite go as planned, than when things are easy and go perfectly. I would happily come to Asil again in the future

An absolute pleasure dealing with Asil, for my second purchase from RWT.
A very fair price for a part-exchange watch offered in exchange for a beautiful (well-priced) Rolex for my wife.
Although it was only a few days before Xmas, Asil pulled out all the stops to ensure I received my watch in time. A top-class service.
I know customer care is a top priority for Asil and I can't fault his approach; communication throughout from purchase to delivery was top-class. As mentioned earlier, this is my second purchase from Asil/RWT and I can do nothing but offer the highest praise and recommendation.
On a personal note to Asil - many thanks for making my wife's Xmas. Looking forward to doing business again.
