False Allegations of Multiple Accounts Preventing Withdrawals

Scam – Blocking Withdrawals with Fake Accusations

I strongly advise against using Rollbit. I completed full KYC, provided my ID, proof of address, and bank statements, yet they refuse to process my withdrawal. Instead, they keep falsely claiming that I have multiple accounts, even though I only have one.

Something about low RTP

I'm high level player on Rollbit and have wagered more than 1 mil on slots and live games. Something is completely wrong with the slot games. I'm just starting to loose too much too fast. Scam

Imma sum it up for u. If you will win any money on this site. You won´t be able to withdraw it.

I was in process of communicating with support for nearly 2 months. They responded to me with the same thing every other day.

And last week I just receieved they are seizing my money. 1.5k$ gone.

This can´t even be legal, but what we can do to them. You can´t report them anywhere. Like they don´t exist.

Rollbit doesn't want to pay $6800 accusing me of having multiple accounts. I want to emphasize that I verified the account on the first day I opened it because they immediately asked me to do the verification.
For the first month and a few days of playing, everything was fine. I was losing a lot of money and they didn't cause any problems.
Not long after, I went on a winning streak and moved into the plus. Then during one payment they asked me to do KYC 3 and 4 and I did that. However, since then I have been accused of having multiple accounts. I only have one account and I will push this case to the end to prove everything. They do not provide proof that I have multiple accounts when I ask for proof. They are very arrogant. I would say that the company is in serious financial trouble. Save your money and nerves, don't play here!

Beware of this fraudulent site.

I deposited $1500. I lost it first. Subsequently deposited about $1,000. I got lucky and won some money. I made multiple withdrawals. $1200, $2000, $1000. All perfectly fine quickly within a few hours on my wallet.

Then came the small limits. But fine. I was betting lower table tennis competitions so they didn't take 500 per bet but 250 euro. Fine. Subsequently I also visited on roulette and black jack. Here I got really lucky and won another $5000.

I now have about $6000 in my account and these are no longer withdrawable. I have undergone all the verifications they asked me to do. Subsequently, the support wrote to me saying what other accounts do I use with ROllbit? I don't use any other accounts. The response was that if I don't say what other accounts I use, they will not talk to me further.

I am 99% sure I don't have any other accounts with Rollbit. Yes I have set up a lot of sportsbooks, but I have checked everything and I don't have multiple accounts with Roll bit. When asked if they have an account under my name dublicit. I could have set one up many years ago. One does not remember everything. Ignoring support. Absolutely disgusting practices as in police interrogation.

I'll gladly change that rating but utter fraud by Roll bit who sponsor Naples and Southampton .

Fraud casino

Do not ever even consider putting any money there this people are gonna take your money and not gonna explain themselves. BALANCE OF 18 000$ GOT DELETED

I’ve been using the platform since Jan 2024, regularly depositing/withdrawing while using a VPN set to the Netherlands, and never had issues until now.

In Jan 2025, I deposited over $5,000, grew my balance to $26,000, and withdrew $8,000, leaving $18,000. After submitting KYC on Feb 2 with a UK provisional driving license, my account got suspended, and my balance was drained to just $23 within hours.

I need answers on:

Why was my account suspended and my funds taken after I became profitable? Any proof or violations?
Why were my deposits/withdrawals fine until now if there was an issue?
My VPN was always set to the Netherlands—did this impact anything?
Why was my KYC rejected so fast, and did it play a role in the suspension?
