Awful online order

I cannot talk about the physical store but I can tell you my experience with an online order.

I have received the skates the 3rd of March but the skates were not the model I have ordered and they have only answered to my mail after I have contacted paypal (they were busy with an inventory that must have ended just when I have opened the case).

Apparently they have mistranslated in their website the FR1 skates I thought i have bought with the FRX skates they have sent. The starting price on the website was definitely the one of FR1 skates (299€) and NOT the FRX skates that cost much less.

They have offered to refund but I have asked to receive the correct skates instead. They stopped answering via mail and wrote on paypal they were ready to exchange the product after receiving back the incorrect skates.

After I have sent back the skates the 17th of March they have gone silent.

I absolutely do not recommend to buy with them and please be super careful with the discount they show. If you still want to buy use Paypal

Very nice people and very helpfull. Also a very nice selection of skates.

I purchased product that was sent in a…

I purchased product that was sent in a wrong place. They got it back as not delivered and has not send me again not returned my money. It is a scam company
