Firstly

So randomly due to amounts spent I receive free cash in my account roughly £150 of which I gambled to over £2800. They then tell me of the hidden t&c of which I can only withdraw a max of 5x the money originally given. Meaning I lose over 2 grand. Ridiculous. There was no choice in accepting this money it was just put into my account. No choice as to whether I wanted to accept it based on the T&Cs as they are hidden, completely breaking gambling commission rules

Secondly

I tested whether they had any form of gambling regulations for problem gamblers. I closed and reopened my account 4 TIMES despite telling them the reason I wanted to close the account was to do with spending too much. It was so easy to reopen a child could do it. ANOTHER BREACH IN RULES

3. Customer service.

What customer service. Email only. Live chat is non existent and will just auto time out. Email responses take weeks and it’s just a script.

They are a true scum of gambling operators and if you do gamble with them then you are very very silly.

They break every regulation under the sun, where it’s responsible gambling, bonus funds, withdraws and a complete woeful lack of customer service

Please please do not sign up and be hoodwinked by their sign up bonuses. Once you have signed up they give you a bonus but you are then screwed. The bonus is only on the sports book, but you have to bet on multiple bets due to the terms and conditions of the bonus.

Deposits , apparently you have to gamble that amount before you can withdrawal. All withdraws are through crypto accounts who will charge you commission to put back in your account.

So many glitches on the site and not working, these are a con site, they charge you a commission to deposit £7.95 per £150, another red flag..

Won €4000 2 weeks ago, account was fully verified. Tried to withdraw, rejected. Reccieved an email 2 weeks ago asking for a live video with my passport which I done instantly. Account still blocked and under investigation. Still unable to withdraw. Constant palm offs with ‘the team will contact you soon’ and still no response. Happy to take your money but not pay out. Have put in official complaint which has also been ignored. Avoid at all costs.

These are scam a complete scam. I was betting plain Blinco I had about £14,000 balance. I placed £1000 Linco bowl in and it hit the times that should be £100,000 but what they did is they remove my balance and then they put £28,000 in my balance and didn’t give me 100,000+ I was already missing 14,000 this happened roughly 2 or three times and gameplay. I’ve contacted them they said they need to see my screenshots the bet ID the gameplay ID and videos, et cetera what a load of bullshit they’re just scamming bullshit bastards to take money off you because they can’t be asked to pay out I’ve also asked for a full complete ID and gameplay of that day between one and four when it occurred they’re telling me they can’t give it me they’re not they can’t give it. I’m a British player I was playing this game deposited money I won a bit and for some reason it would not let me withdraw money on the card that I deposited. It’s absolute disgusting. It should not be allowed. I would like my money that I deposited plus the winnings that I’ve had on this site, but they refuse to give me it.

1 star is too much. They offered 200 free spins, managed to spin 15 times and then logged out and money won and remaining spins were gone. Contacted support and told me I have used them. Then I have insisted I have not use them, told me that they expire in 24 hours however I had the offer for less then 8 hours.
