Best non GameStop site I have used. Withdrawals are fast. Had an issue where a withdrawal went wrong (my fault, happen on a day my bank switched over). The credited my account and allowed me to withdraw to my new bank without issue.

I was offered free spins as a promotional bonus, which produced small winnings. I then deposited my own money over the week about 2000 and used it to place sports bets. These bets resulted in significant winnings of approximately £1,089 and £1,149, which were accepted and settled in my account balance.

However, when I requested a withdrawal, £1,573 was removed from my balance. I was informed this was due to a £100 maximum withdrawal limit linked to the original free spins bonus.

My issue is that the large winnings came from sports bets placed with deposited funds, not directly from the free spins themselves. At no point was it clearly made transparent that bonus restrictions would continue to affect sportsbook winnings after depositing real money and placing standard bets.

The bets were accepted, processed, and settled, and only afterwards were the winnings adjusted when I attempted to withdraw.

I have raised a formal complaint and escalated the matter for review.

Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that players carefully read and fully understand how bonus terms may impact sportsbook winnings before depositing, as restrictions may still be applied after winning and attempting withdrawal.

So I have deposited about 2k and I won 1873 and wanted to withdraw it, and take my loss of 127. I was so relieved but then the above happened.

I have emailed them and complained through askgamblers and with the regulatory body.

Casino promises free spins upon completing verification, then the code doesn't work and then the chat agent tells you that the code reached maximum limit of activations , meaning how many ppl used the code already. 😄😄😄 What?? Nowhere is such nonsense mentioned in their terms. I've got a really bad vibe from this experience and asked them to close my account on the spot, refusing to deposit in such a sketchy casino. I regret giving them my documents but I guess that was the point. Just a trap so they get at least something out it, right?!

They took my money after asking me for video verification which was all good... they sent me answer that i was charged of rules 8 9 10 which can be anything... when i asked for specify reason, they wouldnt precise it... all winners taken but lost money not returned... unbelievable... they even dudected 20% of initial deposit... what a scam... they do ehat they like if you hit some winner specialy if odd drops after you placed the bets... they just say we decided so ans case closed... scammers.

I originally gave rolletto a whopping 5 star review. My initial impressions were good. This was a big mistake.
Rolletto will consistently lie to you and just blatantly tell you non truths. They are not to be trusted in any area. Do not get lured in like I did.

I only deposited £10 thank goodness which was taken from my account but not credited.....I reacyout to agents 3 times and they told me if you deposited on a Friday or non banking day it can take to Monday or Tuesday and all of them disconnected the chat. As it turns out it was credited shortly after... Everything about this site feels like a SCAM

Always pay out, good choice of games, staff although only available via online chat useful and helpful, good bonuses and promotions... Couldn't really ask for much more. Ranks very highly

Withdrawal limits a major issue, does not take into account what has been deposited, this is not a casino policy but a policy to keep you playing till the numbers catch up on you and you lose the lot. Had some good wins, always pay out in a timely manner, however site crashes every five minutes, lost count on how much I have lost when this happens. Would definitely say they are a trustworthy casino and not a scam like some comments suggest. But looking at the casino offering, when playing live casino I have had some large wins but not been able to withdraw the full amount and in some cases had to wait a month to start withdrawing again. Being fully transparent if the withdrawal limit was not in place I would be £50k richer as carried on playing when there is no prospect of a quick withdrawal, which is what they rely on hence the withdrawal limit. This is the only non GameStop casino I will use. My experience has been good, I have withdrawn winnings many times and always got them the day after. Obviously it’s a casino so win some and you lose some. The variety of games is good. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the games can be glitchy but that’s not a massive problem

Avoid at all costs. They apply a withdraw limit of €7500 Euro (£6529 GBP) for every 7 days after you've withdrawn that amount, this might be okay for a lot of people but I found myself winning £8000 GBP and they would not let me withdraw the money. I was told I had to wait 2 weeks to withdraw it all and I am a bad gambler sometimes so I ended up losing the lot after trying multiple times to withdraw. There is no reason a gambling company should be able to apply a withdraw limit to players, they also allow you to cancel withdraws which immediately gets refunded into your available balance. An absolute disgusting company with zero morals who pray on problem gamblers. Please don't give this company any of your money they don't deserve it.

Firstly I don't how many times I had requested the cashback but I know that apart of the times when I was informed that to be eligible for the cashback I need to deposit (never stated how much) more money. Done that either but still nothing no cashback..all Other times rather than cashback I was given a FS (if they did not ask for more deposit) means I was eligible for it however FS that is all I'd got instead.. That's an issue from beginning of the year
Secondly.. Nearly 4 weeks ago I've deposit £20 and never seen it again..
