Idk if u trying play me

Idk if u trying play me or if ur just bad at ur job whoever it might be bc i put a reveiw up and u responded with some vague corprate jargon and tell me to contact support to fix problem and i did and again still havnt gotten anything jus as i said in my last review. How can u even be a real business. If an actual casino did the same they wud go out of business bc its a terrible business model bc u will run ur clients away. Wondering if u even give a shit. Cant c it if so.

I wrote a review here more then once! I would just like an honest answer about my redemption? I don't want a generic message but rather a live human to please fix this! Why have such a big platform if you can't hold up your end of it and payout the players that had won??? No more email us at blah, blah just look into it and send the money so your platform can at least get 5 stars instead of 1

So-called support is not existent

I got an email from Ronnie Richards told me they sorry for the frustration that I'm going through and contact the support but I have emailed the support numerous times and they still have not contacted me at all about my redemption so that whole contact support is non-existent if you truly sorry you have your support team actually start contacting people and let him know what's going on with the redemption I did my redemption on March 31st 2026 and still no answer from anybody

Redeemed 100.00 haven't heard if it's approved or not.
Customer support is a joke. I have emailed them several times and here it has been days with no results it's frustrating. The more casinos do this the harder it is for people to trust their abilities to want to even play

Friendly and caring

I had an issue with verification and support was friendly and helped me work through it. I had accidentally created two accounts, and they helped me out by closing the one and were nice enough to not ban me, while most other sites would have banned me immediately. I am more than happy with them.

I've been waiting almost 2weeks for my redemption to be processed still not processed. I've been emailing live support and getting no response. Funny thing is they responded to my review with a comment to reach out to support see what was the delay but I have and no one is responded. I've played with them a long time and they didn't start out like this but now it seems like there starting to scam or very unprofessional now or something going on IDK bc no one will respond with any information

What is going on?!

What is going on?! This is/was one of my top five favorite sites. I have been a customer for a long time and had a great experience. I usually received redemptions within a week and that was on the longer end. I have been waiting since 4/4 to get some type of update, and nothing, even after sending multiple emails. They also had a live support option at one time, and now you have to submit a ticket which sometimes can go unanswered.

Edited - finally paid on 4/15 after submitting on 4/1

Edited at 5:15 pm on 4/13 bc they commented their usual dumba** response to email them at the same exact address we all have sent 40 emails to.

They're just liars.

Crazy how they can get in here and respond with the blanket comment every day but can't respond to emails .....

Again- Do not play this site bc you won't get paid

I have posted several reviews on this site about RR.
Today is 4/13 and it's the same thing .no response to any emails after them commenting ...."email us"

They only do this to try and make themselves look better.

I really don't think at this point that any of us are going to get paid ...
I would love to be proven wrong and I will update if they pay ...bit I seriously have doubt ...

The sweeps fb groups are now warning people to not play here bc they're not responding and not paying anyone....just collecting money to probably fold up ship soon

DO NOT PLAY HERE BC THEY DO JOT PAY!

They paid out my first redemption, after that. No reponse from support more than 10 days of waiting. Avoid this site at all cost.

Taking over 2 weeks for a redemption(20 days still nothing) and ignoring all emails I’ve sent never again will I spend a dime with them this is my second time the first time took over 2 weeks at least they didn’t ignore my emails don’t waste money here they don’t wait to take yours if you lose RIDICULOUS

I use to be a loyal player here. Unfortunately I read these reviews every week and I won't purchase a dime from them. I feel bad for all the people waiting for there redemptions. Spend your money elsewhere and get instant redemptions.

I recommend GAINS, CHANCED, and GOLD MACHINE.

Stop wasting your money here guys, if a redemption takes over a month, something is wrong and also don't fall for there vip offers they send you, if it looks too good, it's too good to be true.

Maybe one day they will earn my trust back, but until then bye.

They will not pay my redemption

They will not pay my redemption. I received one redemption earlier but now they refuse to redeem my current one. It has been requested back on March 27th and now it is April 12th. This site is not worth the trouble and headaches. All you get are computer generated responses that dont address the question you ask. DO NOT PLAY HERE. YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE YOUR WINNINGS

Decent site to play

Decent site to play. Redemption times have slowed tremendously over the past year or so. Took 8-14 days last time. RTP seems to have lowered as well. Once one of my favorite places to play, but it has fallen. They do offer good deals tho
