I’ve been gambling online for a long time and have used countless platforms, and this is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
RollingRiches used to be decent, but after their recent update, the site has become practically unusable for anyone in Arizona. Out of their entire library, I now have access to maybe five games. Everything else is restricted due to location. That alone should have been a red flag.
What’s even worse is their withdrawal process—or lack of one. I made a deposit because of their so-called “great” bonus buys, only to find out that cashing out is a completely different story. I was told my first withdrawal would take up to 10 days. It has now been 13 business days, and I have received absolutely nothing—no payment, no update, no real response.
Customer service is essentially nonexistent. Every inquiry is met with the same automated message claiming they’re “working on it.” No timeline, no accountability, no human response. At this point, it feels less like a delay and more like intentional avoidance.
I spend a significant amount of money gambling online, and I know exactly how legitimate platforms operate. This is not it. Reliable sites process withdrawals promptly and communicate with their users—RollingRiches does neither.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this platform stay far away. There are plenty of other sites that actually pay out and treat their users with respect. This one does not.
RollingRiches: if anyone from your team is reading this, you have a chance to fix it. Process my withdrawal, contact me directly at theycallmeshwayzie, a Gmail email and take responsibility for this situation. Until then, this review stays up as a warning to others. And I will periodically repost this so that people constantly will have this on the top so anybody that goes to trustpilot this will be the first thing that they see and if I have to reword it every time and use a different email I will.

I spend a lot of money on this platform and I've been playing it for quite a while I am supposed to get priority redemptions due to the level that I'm on I redeemed $700 and I'm going on day 7 now with no money in my account and I emailed them quite a few times and I've gotten no response back my sister and her friend are having the exact same problem with rolling riches I am super unhappy I spend a lot of money with them and I can't even get an email back letting me know why it's taking so long and my account is verified I've redeemed from them before so I don't know what is going on

The package was so beautiful I couldn't resist. BUT WHY!! I won on their package money $1,600.00 on the 25th of March, today is the 5th of April (Easter Day). On February 28, I submitted my redemption and was expecting it within a few days because that is the normal redemption time for most online casinos. We could pass and I still have not received it so I messaged Support and they told me that it takes up to 10 business days so I waited up to 10 business days and I still didn’t have it so I’ll message to them again and got no response. So I waited a little longer and then on March 16 I received an email from them saying there was a problem with my redemption and my card that I was redeeming to you did not support it and they canceled my redemption. So I had to start my redemption process all over again with a different card and that was done on March 16th as well. I was old in another 10 business days which should have been March 27th. Here we are at April 4 and still no redemption. I have emailed Support several times with no response. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I’m guessing they will not be in business very much longer. Worse, online casino ever and horrible, horrible customer service. Do not play this casino!

I have had my redemptions since 3/20/26 and still not have been redeemed! Sent many emails to support and no reply, trust me when I say don't play this casino not worth it, they will take your money but won't pay when you win! I got paid the first time I won $900 but took 7 days, now I'm redeeming 2k and nothing been 15 days now!

Account got restricted. I am not sure why. I had a redemption for 1000 and a 600 balance. Didn't get any information. Will give a better review if they get in touch with me and tell me why or unluck and process my redemption.

I am still waiting on my $650 redemption that they manually cancelled and then have given them my checking acct number , debit card number and every single thing they have asked for and they still have not sent my winnings , they tell me that the account I have is coming back invalid which is a lie because it’s the same account they have redeemed to in the past . They are scammmers and they ask for you to email them well I have emailed them over 25 times and spoke to Ana and Summer via email and they take 5 days to respond and nothing gets fixed you would think they would make it a point to call you or fix this issue fast . I've always only had great things to say about Rolling Riches but at the moment I'm having an impossible time redeeming my winnings and this is the first time . But I've been emailing customer service/support and I immediately get an automated response telling me it's being handled and someone will reach out asap, and i have been patiently waiting for any info .
But other than this event/incident it's my top 2 favorite sites especially with their verity of different games

They do not respond to inquiries about redemptions. I have has a $200 redemption pending since March 19, 2026 and have sent 3 inquiries where none have been answered. Redemption hasn’t even been approved. It feels like they are holding redemptions extra long now so you cancel and replay and lose the money. They use to pay quick but now I wouldn’t recommend them unless you don’t want you redemptions quick
