This is the third Tau charger that I have bought. They are excellent little chargers, they work great, they are small and light, easy to carry and charge quickly . My daughter and I keep ours on our keychains and my wife has hers in her purse. Great product!

I took the full set with some small additions. And I gotta say the cables really leave a premium feel. They all work as rated. Packaging was also pretty cool, the whole thing in a vacumeed package is really neat. Only “downside” in my eyes is that the carry bag for cables can’t fit them all, but I was expecting that, because most carry cases fit only few cables.

Just recently received the inCharge Life Full Kit of charging cables and connectors. I am very impressed with the build quality and they appear to be better made than any other cables I have ever owned. Time will tell if they stand up to their lifetime guarantee, but so far these cables have a luxurious feel and I am extremely happy with them.

My order was not shoppied for one week.They told me that theres a lot of orders.After week and half they found that an item is not on stock...
Built quality of AIRNOTCH PRO.. Not very good.I got it for maybe like 1.5 week and its already scratched...Features works perfectly well.

I've been following Rolling Square since the very beginning. I still remember my first product, one of the original colourful ones, which had some early issues with the glue and the magnets holding it together. Since then, the products have genuinely come a long way and are now fantastic.

Like with any product, occasionally something goes wrong. Recently, one of my two Hyphen 2, (have all 3), earbuds stopped charging. We tried everything for about three days before concluding it simply wasn't working, and by then it was out of warranty. Support offered me a refund or a replacement. I love the products, so I chose the replacement, but it turned out that model was sold out (a sign of how popular it is). Rather than pushing the refund on me, they offered a newer product instead, with updated tech and full compatibility with what I already use. Packed with AI. In the end, everything worked out well.

One constructive note: communication happens across Telegram and WhatsApp, which works fine at first, but if you write back after a few months, there's no proper ticketing or follow-up system to pick up the thread. Coming from a generation used to ticket-based support, I'd love to see that improved.

Overall, a company that clearly cares about its products and its customers. Highly recommended.

Rolling Square was helpful when I wanted to invoke their deal with the non rechargeable version and send it back for a 50% off a new one deal. I received a coupon code. I feel bad that they said they didn’t need it back though. I received the new one fast and I do love that the new one is rechargeable! It works great too!
