Avoid this company if you can and go somewhere else!

I've paid the deposit and ordered Corner Sofa Bed from Modern Sofas (Romano Furniture and Modern Sofas is the same , but they have two different Facebook pages). The delivery supposed to be within 4-5 weeks, which would be end of November .
On the 5th week, I've messaged them asking on which day I can expect my delivery- no response.
On 6th week , the same - no response !
A week later , I finally managed to phone them on the Romano Furniture phone number , as there was no response on Modern Sofas. They told me that they have some delays. They were making some funny excuses about the fact, I had no information from them whatsoever and there is no response to the phone calls.
During the conversation, I was told I will have my sofa before Christmas , but they don't know when .
Closer to Christmas , I was chasing again , to find out where is my sofa . First I was told it will be delivered couple days before Christmas, but then I got message saying that my sofa didn't fit on their lorry , so I won't get it before Christmas .

My sofa finally arrived on 17th January (around 6 weeks late) but the production date on it was 30/12, so it surely couldn't be delivered before Christmas .

I specifically requested the same fabric on the sofa and on the part that you pull out to sleep on -I was told it's not a problem .
It came of course with a different fabric. When I raised my concerns about it , the delivery driver phoned his boss , Romano (Roman) . Romano was very rude , saying something like "it is, what it is and if you don't like it, the driver can take the sofa back". He was extremely unpleasant person to talk to .

Overall:
- non existing customer service , once you place the order
- no one bothered to contact me and give an update about delays , until I chase them numbers of times . At some point I thought , I'm being scammed and I will never see my sofa, as the phone number from Facebook page didn't work.
- kept lying about the delivery , when they knew my sofa isn't even made yet
- no one ever even said sorry for all the delays and complete lack of communication

The corner sofa itself is OK, in average quality . The delivery driver was polite and helpful.
I can give the sofa 3,5 stars. The overall experience 0 stars.

I DO NOT recommend this company at all!

I wish I'd ordered my sofa somewhere else, as there is few other companies with the same type of sofas.

I never posted a bad review before, until I came across Romano Furniture.
