Barnaby Coles our sales agent has been fantastic throughout, a great support and an excellent communicator. Whilst being super accommodating and helpful, he has been a delight to have as a sales agent.

Alison Savva, has been our shining light on the dark frustrating days with our solicitor. She has taken so much time out of her already busy schedule to help us push the exchange and completion through, provide advice on how to deal with the process as first time buyers. She has constantly gone above and beyond and believe we would not be in this position now if she had not been our move manager. Absolutely exemplary service that I cannot fault.

The Romans team were superb from start to finish, in what ended up being a very long house sale. Initially, Alfie led me through the process of getting the house onto the market, and through the initial stages of the sale, and was excellent. The sale was then delayed by probate, and I can't thank Rhianna for the fantastic support that she gave me throughout the process up until the sale went through - she was a model of compassion and professionalism, and went beyond my expectations. She was a pleasure to work with and deserves a huge amount of credit. Alison, the Move Manager, was also great. I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with at Romans, and would have no hesitation using them again, if the need arises. Great job.

I have been helped massively by Barnaby Coles. He has helped me with the moving out process of one property and has been there for me as a young 21 year old trying to find the right place to rent.
