These guys were great. Came on time, came back with the necessary parts, fixed the blind promptly. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Not happy with the service and no solution to the problem was suggested, except to say that I have to change the machine. If that is the case then why do we talk about being sustainable and circular economy? Just disappointing that the expert could not provide a solution by just re-programming the software, which is the reason for me to call them. Anyway, will not go with them next time and it was waste of my time.

I had an issue with my external roller shutters and since that I'm living in the house less than 1 month and I don't have the tools to fix I was looking for a company on google and I found Romaas.nl.
Nice website, I already received the price for the fix, the people call me to make an appointment it was nice.
I asked to the call service to send a picture from my window and they told me.
"No, I already have all the information necessary".
Today I received the technicians early in the morning , They just saw the window and they told me.
This cover is your job to remove (the house have a cover that does not expose the roller blind motors, and I was not aware that they do not touch on this), we don't do that remove this kind of cover so we cannot work with this.
I told that I was not informed by the company that I should remove the cover or any other thing related . The visit does not took more than 5min.
t. After 1 hour I received an invoice with more than 2x times the price that I've received in the appointment confirmation, charging for 2x "Uurtarief ".
we could have avoided this problem with just one photo that I asked to send the company before making an appointment.
Now they are charging more than 150 euros for a 5min visit and it was interesting to see on the website.
"No Cure , no pay!" . Really bad experience.

Since the motor of our garage door broke down, we had to find a solution quickly. Romass came and replaced the garage door, for which we were happy, although we had to pay more than 1000 euro (which we though was quite expensive). Five days later we contacted the company again because the remote controls didn't work properly. The garage door didn't close when we pushed the button. Again, a technician came and solved the problem. However, we immediately received an invoice of 160 euro for the repair. Even the technician was perplexed he had to give us an invoice for a repair that shouldn't be there in the first place. This seems even unlawfull to us, since the repair should be warranted. We are already sorry we chose Romass to repair our garage door in the first place and will never recommend the company to anybody....
Too expensive... I had the same issue 2 months ago, contacted an other company, I paid 180 euro ( on a holiday day on top, normally triple price) At Romass I paid 376 euro 😔
