Very disappointed! Way too expensive

We were there the 10th of July 2022 to 14th of July (2 adults and 2 kids). It was way to expensive compared to what we got from the stay!
Our room was not cleaned very well (I have pictures from our arrival), the quality and variations of the food was bad and both the pool area was restaurant was dirty… The all inclusive for the kids sounded better than it was! And I wish the staff would smile more and be more friendly. I witnessed a lifeguard laughing at a mental handicap man. Very uncomfortable and very unprofessional!

On the hall someone dropped food (I guess) on the carpet. It was there for at least 3 days without no one cleaning it up!?

The only good things I can stay about the place was the comfy beds and our kids loved the pool area.

I would never again pay full price for the stay and definitely not order food from the restaurant buffet. The rooms and restaurant could really need a make over. Seems like something from the 70’s!?
