Damagedand incomplete velux insulation kit
Ordered a velux insulation kit, they sent me a returned item that was damaged and missing bits, they sent me box was gaffer taped so it would have beenobvious to them that it was return, had the cancel the fitter and wait 2 weeks for a replacement so I got today and need to book fitter in again, also they will bump you to the end of the queue if you chase up, the lady on the phone was helpful. Overall very poor and have caused me hassle, I will not use them again

Complete waste of time
Complete waste of time. Placed an order for items showing as in stock. Not heard anything for 8 days, customer service could not update me, they phoned their supplier. It turns out Roofing Superstore took my money and then didn't send the order to their supplier. They wasted my time and nothing else. Spend your money elsewhere, these guys are clowns.

Delivery nonsense
Easy to order and competitively priced but they request delivery instructions which are not read by the delivery company so when they cannot deliver an item you get charged a re-stocking fee. Asking for instructions which are not followed is a nonsense. Its time wasting (had to re-order soa. delay of 7 days) and costly. They should remove the option and tell clients they can only rely on the tracking information.

Absolute joke & completely unacceptable
I never received my order and called to investigate - was told is was delivered 2 weeks ago and you sent me the proof of delivery. The house is not mine and the delivery note had the wrong address on it. I asked for a new order to be sent to my address. Nothing. Today I have received an email from you asking me to drive around my local area to try to find the delivery. It's a joke and totally unacceptable. I need confirmation that a new order is being sent to my house today, otherwise I would like a full refund immediately.
