Searched for good quality porcelain coping stones and discovered Roofing Supplies UK. Quick and easy check out online and received a confirmation email immediately. Then a couple of days later I received a phonecall from a courier company saying my pallet was being dropped off and it arrived at the exact time they said. Delivery man was a delight and very professional and made sure the pallet was in a suitable safe place. Excellent quality and very well packaged (in individual packaging and then ceram wrapped on a wooden pallet. Five star company and I will be using them again in the future.

Can’t fault Steve Emery Roofing Ltd they came out at short notice and kept me informed on what was happening they left the driveway clean and tidy and the scaffolding was removed the next day. They were honest and reliable and did not try to charge me for work that didn’t need doing unlike some roofers we have used in the past. Would definitely recommend and use again

I had to buy some roofing shingles for a small job, I found Roofing supplies UK online, found the product I needed at a great price, ordered it, had great communication and was kept updated and they got delivered at the expected time. A pretty boring review but it just goes to show that everything was easy and hassle free which is what we all want when buying materials especially if you are a small company which relies on reliability. Can’t recommend Roofing supplies enough.

the product i ordered flexi compound came quickly but, i was sent the wrong colour of flexipoint roofing tile compound, and i couldn't return due to scaffolding delivered for only few days and it would of taken to long for another tub to reach me also its only sold by this company, the product is very expensive, and it wasn't as good as the manufacture said it is, i personally would buy a cheaper version after using it i decided its not worth the money.

Easy ordering process and delivery arrived on time.

Bought roofing shingles and they worked fine however the delivery charge really stung!!

Placed an order 23/8/2025 received email detailing delivery date est 27/8/25 not guaranteed. Nothing received by 30/8/25 sent email chasing received apology email on 1/9/25 stating will chase up received from Phil Morgan nothing received back. Called them on 2/9/25 4.30ish.
They said i’ll look into it & get back. Received a call back shortly after & explained that they had tried to deliver twice but not in so took back to distribution centre he had informed them to deliver again & leave in a safe place explaining unsure when the next attempt would be.
Nothing received following day but received a card from DPD on 4/9/25 to say they’d tried to deliver.
I scanned the code on card to track it was to be attempted delivery following day. Looking back through the tracking the parcel had only been received by DPD on the 3//9/25 also now having received said parcel the labelling confirms this. Having now spoken to DPD as to this parcel they inform they’d only made 1 delivery attempt on 4/9/25 and confirmed they’d only received. 3/9/25.
Summing up they charge for delivery leave your order for over a week before dispatch then lie through their teeth disgusting company my advice is avoid i’d also question their other feedback as being false & manipulated.

Phone and enquired about product , Ben was spot on with his information, placed order on friday , delivered Monday fitted Tuesday, perfect .

Delivery not within predicted timeframe. It was then supposedly changed to a pre 10am. Arrived after 11. As a result simple day job ran into two. No call backs and virtual shoulder shrugging.

Ordered some bits with a 2-3day delivery. When the 3days had passed called to make an enquiry.
Was assured that it would be pre10 next working day. 10 came and went. 3 calls all the same.left hanging on the phone being told it’s in the way. All you want is the truth so you are not wasting your time.
Don’t these people understand that the trades you have waiting for these materials cost money??

The sales team were helpfull and took time to find out from suppliers the right product for me

Quick delivery, good product

I’m gonna try and be a bit fair here, I made my order easy enough online but had zero delivery times sent me, my DPM turned up and was left in the porch which is fine, I had 5 sheets of of cellotex to also be delivered so I called them and spoke to Angus who seemed a nice lad but was about as helpful as a fire guard made of chocolate! He did however promise me I’d get a little notice of what day it’d be delivered…..I didn’t! I received a call off a driver saying he was at my house but to his credit he offered to put it in my garden as I had a lock code for him, he informed me it was wrapped and sealed in plastic so it wouldn’t get wet….it wasn’t, it did! Fortunately I had already set off to get home as I had a bad feeling about it so it was only out for about an hour! Zero correspondence is the reason for the 2 stars which is a shame as price wise they was decent and I did get what I ordered!!

Great service , kept me informed, product was as described, will use again 👍
