Kwalitatief goed personeel maar zeer beroerde service

Bedrijf heeft vriendelijk en kundig personeel.
Het gaat alleen mis op service en garantie. Na 1,5 jaar gedoe was mijn badkamer nog niet netjes opgeleverd. Na een ultimatum werd weer niet alles opgelost.

Uiteindelijk afgesproken met de eigenaar dat hij 1 laatste poging kreeg het alsnog op te lossen. (Na 2 jaar!)
Weer mislukt. Vervolgens verwachtte de eigenaar gewoon weer nieuwe kansen om het op te lossen.

Sinds ik dat weiger krijg ik heel kinderachtig ook geen service meer en zou alle garantie verlopen zijn.
De eigenaar is dus niet iemand waar je afspraken mee kunt maken.

Ik doe er inmiddels in elk geval geen zaken meer met deze slechte zakenman.
