Unhappy

I specifically asked if I was speaking directly to the Hilton and was informed I was. Also told him had a pet, so that was another surprise when we got to hotel. I was not happy.

I never know if I am talking to a real…

I never know if I am talking to a real person or a bot. I asked and Marianela assured me she was real. It is hurtful when people who assist with reservations don’t, won’t, or can’t pronounce South Dakota places correctly (Pierre is correctly pronounced PIER, Sioux is correctly pronounced SUE) How hard is that? I did inform her and she did try
