I ordered a screen when a relative was coming to stay long-term. The relative cancelled so I emailed the Company email to try and cancel the order which they did and refunded me very promptly. Great Customer service. I will return! Thanks
Delivery took over 2 weeks, no updates given, courier was not from a recognised courier service and box was ripped and looked like it had been dropped several times. Product itself was unsurprisingly damaged on arrival and just of a really poor quality considering I paid £169 for it... emailed to arrange collection/delivery and no answer. Appalling service. No telephone number available [shame as they do seem thrilled about the 'human' Sales Team they mention]. Would award no stars if I could ... avoid at all costs!
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.. Ordered on the 30th January a large screen, they took payment and I still have not received screen. I have sent several emails to no avail.. I will now have to take this further, starting with trading standards. Buyers beware!!!!
I am having the same issue as the previous reviewer no response to my emails. Email confirmation. Their email clearly works but no contact information. Seeking a refund and calling trading standards and the police

I did the purchase on 09/12/2019. Order #3073, £149. They sent email confirmation but no details about delivery date. So clearly their emailing system works, and so does my email.
My 1st email to them - 17/12/2019, 8 days after purchase, asking for any update. No response.
My 2nd email 2 - 18/12/2019 - asking for update. No response.
My 3rd email 3 - 21/12/2019 - cancelling the order, requesting refund. No response.
23/12/2019 - they did refund me. I have noticed only several days after, after I reported them to the police as fraud.
I have still some suspicions:
* The is no contact phone number.
* The only contact is email starting with "info"
* The postcode finder does not recognize the postal address from the "about" page
