10/10 for everything
I had a 10/10 experience with Rooms4u helping me and my friends organise our second year house for uni. Many of the people I spoke to really helped and guided the process making it very easy especially Harvey who showed me and my friends house and then helped me to set it all up was great worker for the company and this has made me recommend Rooms4U to all my friends - 10/10 can’t go wrong good pricing on houses and great staff

We had a good viewing experience and were shown three varied properties within our budget. There was good communication after the viewings and very quick responses.

A great letting agency
Rooms4u have by far been the best letting agency throughout my time at university in Liverpool. They took over a nightmare property I stayed at in my third year and completely turned my experience around. When we returned to Liverpool after graduating we specifically looked for Rooms4u properties as they are of good quality and the letting agents themselves are responsive and helpful. Specifically mentioning the people I have had direct contact with: Aaliyah, extremely pleasant, always helpful and replies on the same day pretty much all of the time. Karl, sorted out the aforementioned nightmare house and chased up a deposit I paid to a liquidated company and got it back for me, above and beyond. Greg, pleasant and fair, treats tenants with respect and keeps properties in good condition. Will continue to rent with rooms4u no doubt.
