I wanted a space that would blend naturally into our mature garden, and Room Outdoor managed to create exactly that. From the first concept sketches to the finished room,every stage of the process felt thoughtful and carefully considered.The build itself was seamless,but it's the atmosphere of the room that's truly special. Had a great experience working with ‘roomsoutdoor’ in building of my office/music room in my garden. Took time to understand my needs (particularly sound proofing needs for my music based projects). They were considerate, polite and professional at all times and delivered in budget. At the same time I was having a design refresh in my home and they came up with a simple but brilliant idea to incorporate which proved invaluable.
I would have no hesitation working with them in the future.

This company which is in liquidation but still trading, took 95% of our money but only completed 50% of the building.

The garden room, designed for our disabled daughter's therapy, was started over a year late, Rooms Outdoor got the building to the stage where we made the final payment and then pulled off site and never came back.

The owner and manager was aggressive and threatening when questioned. We paid more money on a solicitor, then the company went into liquidation, they owed HMRC over £120,000 and have little assets so no one they screwed over will get any money but they still seem to be trading?

We were left with a half built building, no way of recovering any money and having to pay another company to finish it. The worse experience and one of the most stressful periods of my life.

Where to begin? We have been left traumatised after one of the worst six months of our lives working with this company. The company have now put themselves into voluntary liquidation so we can't sue them (our lawyer, based on a survey, assessed the monies owing to us as the whole value of the building -which we had paid in full). We now have an unfinished building which is leaking because it has apparently had its roof put on upside down, it has no beam supporting the front of the building, has an unsound foundation and no run offs for drainage. And it seems that within weeks of the liquidation another company with exactly the same owner and name and Facebook page has surfaced. Buyer beware.
