My experience - DON'T pay for "Next Day Delivery" -they can't manage it. From the DX tracking it was clear that the item wasn't despatched until the afternoon of the day it should have been received. Yes they then say they will refund the difference in postage but that still means staying in for a delivery that doesn't arrive. Have had good plants from Roots before but the plum tree this time is a bit disappointing, spindly with very little foliage. Time will tell I suppose.
