You wrote, "We hope that your plants have bedded in nicely and would love for you to share your favourites with the Roots community of gardeners!" I have not received them and have been waiting for 17 days. No updates. Order No: 480395. It has been "ON IT'S WAY" since 25th June. Very disappointing.

I xx love delphiniums. However please with the 3 I bought 2 had had their main stems chipped off before delivery? Found it rather annoying. Just blooming now thx

I ordered this Delphinium as it is an unusual variety in attractive colours and not available from many other retailers. The only alternative is three smaller plants from You Garden, however, I wanted a larger established plant to get a good display of flowers straight away. However, when the plant arrived, all the buds along the main flower stem had been broken off and were lying in the bottom of the box. Whilst there are secondary stems with buds and the plant itself seems healthy enough, this reduces the immediate display of flowers and is rather upsetting. The plant was packaged securely in the box and it didn't appear that the stem could have been knocked in transit, so it appears it was possibly knocked around whilst being packed.
