There is nothing wrong with my apple tree which has been planted and whose leaves are beginning to open. Very pleased with it. Only 4 stars though due to the delivery. I found it by chance in a soggy cardboard box left out in the rain at the end of our drive, rather than it being delivered to the house.
The tree was well boxed and in nice condition will use again

Very happy with purchase. My 2 year old tree arrived very well packed and is now looking happy in its new situation at my allotment. No leaves yet but it is January after all. Seems unscathed by storm Eowyn. Looking forward to Spring

Bought with two other trees and same care and attention in how it was packaged and delivered and the soil in its pot. I have my fingers crossed that it will bear fruit in a couple of years time to confirm a successful purchase!
I was very happy with packaging and delivery but I am hoping that the tree survives the winter as the foliage looked okay on arrival but not as healthy as I was expecting. I purchased four fruit trees from Roots Plants last year and they are all doing very well so I’m hoping this one makes it.
Healthy young tree that appears to have been well pruned prior to despatch. We look forward to training it further and bearing some delicious fruit in the near future.
Small, slim tree,but early days,has just been in ground for about a week. Followed carefully instructions. There are buds so fingers crossed.
Roots starting to dry up and rather the sparse anyway the roots are very inadequately wrapped for shipping just a plastic bag tied round and a cup full of soil at the bottom.

First tree had broken branches back to main stem, just leaving a couple. Replacement was ordered but again broken branches and rest cut short so it would fit in box. Im my opinion the box size was wrong for this type of tree. Cant fault the customer service who have tried to sort this.

I like the product but it was slightly damaged in transit. The packaging was second to none. Tree looked a weird shape but very healthy
Looks all ok. Will know for certain when planted in final position. had this tree is last house so confident that I shall get lots of apples
