The tree arrived in a smart box. However, the tree inside which came as bare root was not. The roots were bone dry and not wrapped. The tree was not wrapped and loose in the box. I had to pay £8 for a skimpy cane and a small bag of feed. Not very good at all. I will be lucky if the tree survives. Certainly not a returning customer

Several of the branches were damaged and two were torn off the main trunk before arrival. Another one was missing from the package and appears to have been torn off before dispatch. I am concerned that this damage will lead to problems but will not know this until the plant is growing. If the plant does not recover I will inform you and ask for a replacement.
