Condition of arrival disappointing. Expected on 30 of August, arrived on 3 of September. Looked like it needed better watering for an unexpected longer journey.

The tree was okay but not particularly well pruned considering the description said it would be professionally pruned before shipping. Eco pot was an extra £10 and not worth the money. Delivery was as estimated when ordering, around a week.
