Tree arrived with packaging battered and bruised. Two leader buds snapped off. Packaging showing signs of very rough handling, top of box flattened and a gouge in the midsection. I would be looking closely at the carrier.

I've got high hopes for this tree, which I have chosen to pot up until I can plant it without disturbing the perennials it will live above. It arrived very well packaged, looking super-healthy with fresh-looking leaves, well attached to a bamboo stake. I don't know when to expect its first fruit but I'm excited to see it in blossom next spring. If I had a small criticism I would have appreciated planting instructions with the tree (I know it adds more paper) rather than checking out the website - it is much easier to handle a bit of paper in the garden than read something online. So, dispense with the marketing bumph (your website is very good at that anyway) and tell me what to do with my tree to make sure that it's happy. Otherwise, all great, I'll definitely buy from the company again.
