All plants arrived damaged. Although I eventually received a refund, communication was extremely difficult. I understand that "mistakes" happen but do not appreciate the time and effort it took to get things sorted out.

The plants that we received were lovely: well developed seedlings, healthy, and really well packaged to protect them for the journey. Now planted and ready to grow!
