Well the Turkey Brown Fig had a rough delivery. The courier delayed its delivery in 35c heat and left it stuck in the Warehouse in its packaging for 3 days. It’s been sitting in the shade for a week now and being kept moist. The leaves are crispy and I’m waiting for signs of recovery and growth. So I’m not sure at the moment how I’d rate this plant. I was told not to rush to plant it out of it’s pot to not further stress it out. At the moment I’m not a particularly happy customer. Iv been in contact with Roots throughout this experience with photo evidence and am following their guidance of watch and wait to see if the Fig recovers. I wouldn’t order from this company again.

Arrived in good condition with some small fruits already forming. Will see if they manage to develop in the West Yorkshire outdoors.

Nothing like the picture or video, it was a gift if I had not had it delivered to his address I would not have sent it .Twig with one leaf ,very disappointed

Don't expect the tree to look like the promotional material with a ball of leaves on it. Mine had only a few leaves which were mostly ragged. Some of them had rust spots. Whwn i repotted them one of the trees had filled it's pot nicely with roots and had a thicker trunk. The other had a few small figs on. It had a thinner trunk and had only half filled it's pot with roots, as if it had been repotted recently. I put some mychorrhizal fungi in the compost and fed them with tomato food. They seem to be coping ok so far.

Lovely shaped patio tree which beautifullly compliments the Four Seasons lemon and Tahiti lime I purchased from Roots Plants earlier in the season. I have marked it a 4 as it did suffer from stress and had a few leaves go brown and fall but is very much on the mend now with new leaves.

The fig tree arrived well packed and protected from potential damage in transit. A healthy tree already with fruit. It has been transferred to a large pot, and fed, hopefully with care, a good yield.

I bought a fig tree from Roots for my brothers 30th Wedding Anniversary I loved it so much I nearly kept it myself but I decided to give it to him and I bought another for myself ,it comes quite quickly and very well packaged it had 5 figs on it I'm beyond happy I just hope they grow into fruit I can eat 😊 I will definitely be ordering more plants from this company

Not impressed with this arriving with only 3 leaves & no buds on other branches. For a £70 tree I expected more. If I could have seen it first I wouldn’t have bought it. Ordering & delivery no problem and previously I bought a Salix?(flamingo tree) standard which is lovely. Customer service have suggested I wait a couple of months and hopefully it will bush out if not ‘they will sort it’ so waiting will update.

Beautiful Half Standard Great Quality and Well Shaped Brown Turkey Fig Tree. Arrived nicely packed, well cared for and healthy looking. Settled nicely in my south facing sunny balcony and sprouting lovely green leaves, I am not expecting to produce any figs this year but looking forward to next year to see some figs growing. I would recommend Roots Plants for good quality fruit trees.
