Ordered two plants with the same size descriptor and the more expensive one arrived in not great condition- very leggy and only two tiny and wilting hydrangea heads compared to its much better sister plant. Our order was delivered later than expected due to delays) which meant I was unable to return it due to a planned holiday. Having had it looked after while away on holiday by a keen gardener who was surprised at the poor condition it arrived to us in, we’ve come back to it in even worse condition. Frankly, it looks ready to be binned. Customer service only offered a £10 voucher but frankly having spent £45 on it, I’m really disappointed and unsure I would use again or recommend.
