Just comparing the two fig trees I have recently bought from you, the Rouge De Bordeaux my son .in law received turned out a better plant than my Ice Crystal Fig. I am feeling increasingly disappointed in my purchase and cannot understand why my tree has so few leaves, some have brown marks on them too. It was potted straight away when I received it,it was ordered on 19th July and arrived a few days later Suggestions please!
I’m very disappointed, my tree arrived looking unhappy with drooping leaves. I planted it and now’s it even worse and almost dead…

Great value and the plant was in great condition and bigger than expected.
The ice crystal fig has been well packed and transferred well. It has leaves at the top of a rather long leggy stalk, so I hope that we see more life further down but it is very good value for money. Everything arrived quickly and in good order from a company that clearly cares about its products

This fig could be grown for its unusual deeply divided foliage resembling snow crystal shapes. I’m looking forward to seeing smaller tomato sized sweet figs grown in a pot in the greenhouse.
The trees arrived safely and they are happy in their new home, well packaged.
