I have given 3 stars because nothing is happening! Its still early in the season however I purchased a cherry tree few weeks prior to the opal plum and katie apple and the cherry is starting to bud but the apple and plum are showing no sign of life. I did exactly what the instructions said, soaking the root ball on arrival etc... if they show no sign of life in a couple more weeks I will be contacting you to try and resolve this.

I have given this tree one star only because I have no idea if it will survive its delivery journey or not so too early to say. It arrived very late (ordered 12/3 arrived 23/3) despite being told 3 to 5 day delivery window. Apparently, it was not collected by the courier, although I had to chase this information myself as no updates at all were provided. This seems to be a common problem recently with your delivery system upon reading similar reviews to my experience. I was informed it would arrive on 19/3 but again it never did! It is a bare root plum and there was no covering at all around the roots which were really dry, just bare in the box. I have soaked the roots thoroughly and given it extra planting care and hope for the best but not over confident as no signs of life yet unlike other bare root trees I have bought from many different suppliers. Fingers crossed. I am planting a small mixed orchard so have had quite a few dealings with bare root fruit suppliers over this current dormant season. Not a good experience from your company unfortunately and one I don’t care to repeat. This has been my only disappointment from the 4 other companies I have used. I posted a review last week about the lack of delivery communication and my having to be pretty determined to get through on the phone and was told you would contact me directly - but you never did. Just hope it survives its journey to me but time will tell, the tree had been inadequately prepared for transit in my opinion and the roots were left completely uncovered which surprised me as all the other companies, without exception, use moisture retaining protections. Maybe this is something you need to revise?

Really pleased receiving the plum tree . The presentation in a sturdy box giving protection that can be recycled was very good .just have to wait for the weather to revive the tree. It’s potted in a temporary tub till the planting site is ready .
