Your service end to end lets you down. I HOPE the tree is worth it; if considering just go elsewhere. I should have cancelled as soon as the number of stock I purchased wasn’t actually what you had in stock. This should have been reflected on the website but 2 stars for updating and refunding. I was told I would be informed of date a week in advance so that I could organise landscaping. I emailed first and was told Friday 11-1pm. This did not happen which is fine however there was no update in communication. Don’t bother looking at the DX link they send, they admit they don’t use this. I’ve no idea where the trees are and don’t have capacity to sit in my home all day as we have things to do. The only saving grace is that I only bought 4 of the 10 trees I required from this place. Sure it’s quick sale now but the service is what warrants a repeat buy. It’s disappointing but lesson learned, we will just use the popular merchants where my trees were tracked and delivered when stated.
