Great experience, fast dispatch and delivery and easy to understand instructions. It's been 3 months and the tree looks to be growing well. The size of tree sent was on the small side of 120-150cm, it was a roughly the size of a standard shovel. Mentally I compared this to the size of the tree advertised in the picture. I think the price is a little high when I've seen larger, more mature trees in the garden centre for similar money but I used the service primarily for the delivery option as I don't own a big car

Really happy with the tree. It took a long time to come, longer than I expected. I had to chase my order up a few times. Ordered it at the end of April, supposed to be delivered by mid may, didn’t get it until the 11th June. It is a 2yr old tree, so therefore I don’t understand the delay, it’s not like they had to wait for it to grow. It was a present and arrived a month after the date I wanted it for. Also it was supposed to have a gift label attached to the tree, it didn’t.

The Apple tree arrived safely, looking healthy. It was a birthday present for my brother who is very pleased with it. It has been duly planted amongst its neighbours and we look forward to many juicy fruits in coming years.

This tree was not described as a whip . I was expecting a more mature tree and very disappointed especially as I bought it as a present . The description should be accurate I have purchased other bare root fruit trees recently and all had branches on .

Smaller than advertised, more like .1 m not 1.2 to 1.5. Although a small tree I'm hoping that it has a better chance of survival because of that very reason, again the roots beginning to dry out because they were not properly wrapped for shipping
