One of the most interesting looking snails, with an ammonite-like shell which is usually brown but can sometimes be red, blue or yellow Helpfully eats algae from the sides of your pond, contributing to a clean and healthy ecosystem. They'll also eat dead plant matter and even dead fish Need very little care - they'll feed on naturally ocurring matter in your pond You'll see a lot of your Ramshorn snails - they live around the edges of the pond and can swim on the surface of the water We recommend introducing 5 snails per square metre of pond A very hardy species which can adapt to even poor water conditions Pulmonate (lung breathing) snails which are hermaphrodite and reproduce asexually

Very expensive for a few little snails

I think they were dead on arrival sadly. I wasn’t sure so I put them in the container pond and they just lay on the bottom. However lately I could see just two on the bottom of pond but couldn’t see the others anywhere.

Totally in love with my little snails, had a question regarding my snails and had to contact customer service they literally emailed back with minutes. Snails came packed perfectly (looked like snails were having little sleep :) as soon as put into wildlife pond they started to swim around wasn't expecting them to as paperwork said they might hibernate for few days. Love watching my snails in the morning so very pleased

So cute , arrived well protected and placed in pond immediately . Instructions say they hibernate on travelling but they were wide awake and feeding in pond within seconds of re homing them.

These little creatures are special, they are magic, you put them in the pond and then only see them briefly over the next year! I know they are in there though and doing their job.
