I ordered a ‘Redhaven’ peach tree (labelled as such on arrival) but was supplied with an entirely different cultivar. I raised concerns immediately because the red foliage was clearly inconsistent with Redhaven, but my concerns were dismissed. It is now obvious that the tree supplied is a red leaved ornamental peach, not the fruiting cultivar advertised. This issue was flagged from the outset and should have been addressed at the time. Very disappointing.

I will not repeat the detail of my earlier review but suffice to say that nothing has changed. The peach tree is still a sad stick and in no way resembles the illustration that you have annoyingly included in your email. I’m afraid that ‘Alice and her team’ did not resolve my issue. I attach photos.

Unfortunately I expected much better quality of the tree & and amount of the money what i had spent. Looks like I have received the worst plant from your stock. I was advised earlier, do not buy online any plant as seller will send a plant which usually do not sell it in the shop on a shelf. I will try to recover, I have enaught skills but it will takes much more longer time to have a good crop. Please let me know if you wish to have a picture for investigation. Regards Nadia.

Nice tree received. Growing good. Hopefully it will grow some flowers and fruit next year. Would have preferred if they had pruned it in a to a better shale as it just has growth on just one side. Also packaging could have been a bit bigger to save damage to the tree we saw.

I am not sure how to review this product as we are still trying very hard to revive this Peach tree after its traumatic journey to us, we will have to review the product in a year or two as we are coming into winter now. As i have pointed out in a previous message to you, a booklet or pamphlet, which you have handed out to other's with there products bought from you, would have been very handy for novices in the field of Peach tree growing. All we got was a tree in a box with its soil dried out. Hope this helps you guys for the future.

Healthy looking tree, looks quite young as the stem is still green but I am no expert on this, nicely staked and supported. Hopefully it survives the winter and I get lots of Peaches.
