I was told this tree would be professionally pruned prior to dispatch. It arrived and it was more like a shrub with thick established shoots all the way up the stem. Before buying I made it clear I wanted two trees with a nice top. I complained to roots and was told to prune it. Poor customer service. I purchased another tree from a different company.

I haven't had my tree very long, so it's early days to review it. But a friend had said how much he liked his Red Sentinel, which retained the apples into the winter to feed the birds.I will say that ordering was very easy; the price was good; and a healthy, bare root tree arrived in a few days; withall the instruction I needed to plant it contained in a video in my order confirmation email - which was very helpful! I'm looking forward to seeing the blossom and fruit.
