Absolutely awful company.

Absolutely awful company.
Apart from charging a lot for work they didn’t even finish, they refused to continue working on site unless a small cracked glass panel was replaced immediately.
We had no choice but to agree — otherwise the job wouldn’t have been completed — and they charged an extra £1,650 for replacing a small glass panel that would normally cost around £200 with a proper glass fitter.
We complained, but to no avail.
They also made multiple mistakes in both their quotes and their work.

Roof repair. Not fixed.

Would not use them again., We had a leaking roof and the guys. were supposed to Fix a broken tile. But the roof is still leaking. And would definitely not be using them again..

Only damage made

Sent 6 messages to confirm the work (ROOFL0002176) but no one come that day.

Previously they "fixed" a roof leaking issue, but next rainy day we had notice a massive leaking from the whole roof, what they are totally damaged. This job to fix their previously made damages. Nothing happened. No any communication or reason why their didn't coming.
