If I could give zero stars I would ! Do not buy from this company. Dress arrived 2 weeks after ordering but said it was dispatched the day I ordered. They then emailed to say there would be a delay ! This is definitely not traveling from London
When it eventually arrives it was awful! Quality so so poor and didn't look anything like the advert.
No labels were attached to the dress so I'm waiting for that as an excuse as to why I'm still waiting for a refund oh no wait they still haven't said I'm getting one yet even though they received the dress on the 27th July and have heard nothing back from their so called customer service.

Following receipt of a very poor quality dress, this company was very reluctant to accept a return for refund. They eventually offered me a refund of 15% to be paid in 5 working days. It is now 10 working days later and I have not yet received any refund. Truly awful experience all round. Do not be tempted to buy from them

I have not received it yet. Just as I thought, clothes are coming from China and not London. This company is telling lies about its products. I have emailed them several times, they have responded but done nothing to sort out my parcel. I would not recommend buying from this company as they are dishonest.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Rose & Ivy London - the delivery was delayed and did not receive the item for a longer period than expected. When I received the shoes they were dirty, covered in dust and smelled disgusting. When trying to contact R&ILondon for a refund, I had to send 4 emails prior to getting a response. When they finally responded, they advised I was not eligible for a refund as part of their T&C's did not allow sale items to be returned and if I did return I would have to mail to China which would cost the amount of the shoes. I would highly discourage anyone ordering any items from this company. A very bad experience and product from start to finish.

I want to give this company a zero, but 1 is the lowest possible. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! The quality is not as described. The clothes come from China , not London!!
I wanted to return a dress and have been advised that it will cost between £25-£35 to return at my cost. The dress isn’t as described, awful quality and too small. When I read the return section on their website, it said you can return for any reason within 30 days. Nothing about returning to China at your own cost.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Terrible quality. Shoes arrived broken.

Like all the other reviews, I waited weeks for the item which was nothing like the picture. Extremely poor quality with no labels or washing instructions. Crushed in a tiny plastic bag. Didn't even try it on due to the poor quality. Tried to return and told I had to send it to China at a cost of £35. Contacted my bank who raised a dispute on my behalf and it went in my favour and a full refund given.

I wouldn’t even give the Rose and Ivy company one star but can’t review without one !
I want to warn people not to go near this company who are totally disreputable and entirely scamming people.
I waited weeks for a dress which when it arrived was of extremely poor quality , creased , unlabelled and no where near true to size .
When trying to return, Rose and Ivy demanded that , I fill out reems of paperwork to then be told their policy is not to refund any items which have been in the Sale (all on sale on website!) shipping costs back to China would be £35 and that they were only prepared to refund £3.50 to me and I could keep the poor quality , wrong sized dress!
Allegedly this is all in Rose and Ivy’s returns policy and I had signed up for this when I bought .
I never normally buy from sites I don’t know and now I know why. This is a total scam .Rose and Ivy bury all of this information knowing full well people won’t read this level of detail .
I am going to pursue with Trading Standards as I feel this company is deliberately setting out to scam people. This was a costly mistake for me and one which although I take full responsibility for, I will not make again.
I would recommend that you avoid avoid avoid and spend your hard earned cash somewhere that can be trusted - clearly Rose and Ivy cannot!

As with everyone else, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It's an absolute scam based out of China. The clothes are the poorest quality and fit imaginable and have gone straight to the charity shop who will probably throw them in the bin. I'm furious with myself for falling for this!

DO NOT BUY from this company. They are not based in London they are in China!!!!! When they clothes finally arrived they were of extremely poor quality, bearing no resemblance to the beautiful, floaty dresses pictured on the website. The sizing was atrocious much too small even though their online size guide was followed when ordering. I tried to get a refund but as the items were purchased in the sale they said I couldn't have one as it states in their terms and conditions that sale items are not eligible. As far as I could see everything on the website was in the sale!!! The terms and conditions are right at the bottom of the website and have to be opened separately. They are a total scam and I am now left with only a 10% refund and 3 dresses that will go straight to the clothes recycle bin at the tip. ORDER AT YOUR PERIL. Wish I had read THESE reviews before I ordered. The good ones I read must have been for a company with a similar name.

Took weeks to arrive. After questioning this I was told someone had left! Dresses were dreadful quality and ill fitting. Tried to return and it was made extremely difficult. I was told as I had bought them in an offer status I could have 10% back!! £7!! Nowhere did it state this. Terrible goods and dreadful customer service. I now have two dresses that I wouldn’t even give to charity!

Please do not use this company, the item i received was very substandard and they've asked me to return the item to china at my own cost stating that when I bought the item online I had agreed to this! Absolutely fuming and I've now lost 80% of my money. . Absolutely disgusting!!

I would give them 0 stars! I’m still waiting for my order after 3 weeks. I’m beginning to think it’s a scam. Absolutely dreadful service and unhelpful.

I have bought a dress in the sale its arrived it is supposed to be XL, I am 14/16 top & just looking at the dress when I got it out of the bag I can tell it wont fit. There are no tags on the dress what so ever so I cant actually tell what size it is supposed to be .There is a piece of the stitching hanging off the bottom of the dress. I have read that you cannot return sale items and if you do it has to have tags still on when you return it. I have emailed the company I think i’ll be lucky if I get a response but I doubt they would even offer to give me my money back. I think i have to write this off as a loss. Please be careful when thinking of buying from this company.Read about it first I wish I had as I wound not have bought the dress.

As per previous report it should be Ivy Rose China! Requested return via email and got some automated AI response not responding to what I had said trying to sell me a different size for ‘only £15’. When I responded back to tell them I want to return they have asked me to send answers to 27 questions (most of which they have the details already) along with photographs. Just ridiculous, would definitely NOT recommend using this company!

Bought a pair of shoes from this company which don’t fit. On their page a 30 days return policy was highlighted, unfortunately I didn’t read the small print at the bottom of the page. I’ve been informed that I will have to courier the shoes to China at a cost of £35/40 for a courier! As they were a sales item they don’t refund and have offered me 10% of price. What a scam! They should advertise as rose & Ivy China
