I made an order for a large package with flowers. I was contacted about the fact that there is no material that I chose for the box. We decided to change the material. As a result, I received a box that is 2 times less than the promised one. I ordered a large one, but the medium one came. I have been trying to contact the company through 3 of their emails and calling the specified phone number for a week. No one has ever answered me. Thanks for the ruined gift. I don't even feel sorry for the money so much as it's not something I wanted to give to a loved one. In general, if you do not want to spoil the holiday, do not buy anything in this store.
