I recently played a friend's Martin and realised how having a well crafted guitar lifted my playing. So, being on a weekend in London with my loved one, what better treat for her than a visit to Denmark Street? By reputation, I selected Rose Morris first where we were greeted in the friendliest manner, then Mike patiently handed me one Martin after the other, but I kept going back to the second hand one which by chance but not be design was the cheapest I tried. And I kept going back to it.
Mike wasn't in the least perturbed when I said I'd go away and think about it, taking the opportunity to try a couple of other guitar shops - but none with either the range or the customer-focused friendliness of Rose Morris. I went back and after a final tryout bought the beautiful SC13.

We bought a first (Aria) electric guitar for our Granddaughters 18th birthday. The staff were excellent and dressed the frets (that felt a bit scratchy) and restrung the instrument without extra charge. We saw it on the internet and they took a returnable deposit to hold it for two days until we could all get to London.

Recently bought a guitar pedal from Rose Morris. Staff were very helpful and sorted delivery of the item quickly. Very impressed. Would highly recommend this shop and would be happy to use them again for future music related purchases.

Visiting a guitar shop for the first time, to buy your first guitar, when you can barely play, is intimidating. So full marks to Mike at Rose Morris who was as down to earth as you can imagine, focussing on the core essentials, not drowning you in jargon, and making the whole experience totally relaxing. Anyone who is starting out on their guitar journey should seriously consider Rose Morris as their first stop!

Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to demo the pedal and answer any questions that I had. There was no pressure to buy and it was a very relaxed experience. I took the pedal home and was given the option to return it within in a week if it was not the right one for me. Would definitely visit the store again for any future purchases. Thanks Mike!!

I went to purchase a few cables and an X Stand and the guy who sold the items to me not only gave me everything I was looking for, but also made me save a lot by following his recommendations. He also recommended me where to buy other stuff that wasn't sold there. Definitely recommended!

Mike is a super helpful dude! A real fountain of knowledge - he knows his instruments. The high end Tokai range stack up against what Gibson are putting out these days. Can’t recommend this shop enough. If you’re in London looking for an instrument to play you should check out this shop.

I recently made a purchase from Rose Morris and Co and cannot praise them highly enough. I had a slight glitch with the item I bought but the customer service I received was exemplary. Rose Morris and Co deserve every success and will definitely be my go to shop for anything guitar related.

This is a lovely shop with helpful and knowledgable staff. I recently bought my Kawai piano from the shop and am delighted with it. I’d spent months researching online but couldn’t make a decision. When I went into the shop I only had 20 minutes in my lunch hour but the staff were so helpful and pointed me to several options that were perfect for me. After trying a few different digital pianos I found the one I wanted and made the purchase then and there. It was delivered to me the same week on a day of my choice and I’m really pleased with my purchase. Highly recommended!

I bought my Kawai digital piano from Rose Morris and couldn't be happier!
Their service is absolutely outstanding.
David replied to any email within minutes and helped with any questions I had and made sure the ordering process went as smoothly as possible.
Delivery only took a couple of days and the delivery driver also did an amazing job moving this heavy instrument into our living room with utmost care, assembling it and setting it up.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a piano, complete beginner or professional, to contract Rose Morris or visit their store on Denmark Street.

I went into Rose Morris, Denmark Street, to decide which piano to buy, the Kawai MP11 SE or the Kawai MP7 SE. I spent over an hour trying out the different actions - the most important element for me - and discussing digital pianos with David from the keyboard department. Eventually I decided on the MP11 SE, the action is indistinguishable from a real grand piano.
David, in the piano department was really helpful and the delivery man Silas is the ultimate professional. I asked him if he needed the hallway cleared but he said it was not necessary and calmly negotiated everything in his way, remaining calm and softly spoken the whole time - he is the sack barrow virtuoso.

The piano was bought Thursday mid-afternoon and delivered mid-morning Friday (the next day). I have used Rose Morris for years and the service is still the same, knowledgeable, high standard. Buying keyboards is one area where it is absolutely essential to visit a shop with good staff and try them out in person, Rose Morris is such a shop.

Very impressed with the staff at Rose Morris. I recently bought a digital piano here. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly and patient. The delivery man, Silas was especially good. Extremely careful and thoughtful with managing steps and a tight corner. Also, great with giving instructions on first use of the piano and testing after positioning. Top marks😁🎹🎧

I bought a guitar from them few days ago. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient and enormously helpful. Jay was so kind and completely honest through helping me choose a guitar; I felt very comfortable and I felt he cared more about my personal experience and choosing the right guitar for me, rather than anything else. Incredibly attentive.

Mike the manager was very helpful and went the extra mile, even after I bought the guitar and took it home, as I had some doubts. He helped me explore all my options and truly made me feel comfortable in my choice. He made feel very comfortable with with the option of returning it (I know it is my consumer's right, but it helps when the manager is very nice about it). Needless to say, I kept the guitar I bought from them as it is purely a piece of art. Their customer service skills is what every retailer should aspire to. They have gained a customer for life! Thank you very much.

Fantastic music shop in London's Tin Pan Alley... Denmark Street, My son was in musicians heaven here and we ended up leaving a day out in London with him proudly owning a new guitar, the staff here were awesome, nothing was too much trouble ans they even held the guitar for us whilst we enjoyed our day doing 'touristy bits'.
Thank you so much, every time we visit London from now on a visit here will be included the days plans...not sure there is room for anymore guitars at home though :)
