I placed the order from the Netherlands and it was delivered to my door in Belgium with no issues at all.

For Valentine, I ordered an expensive present (>130 Euros) for my partner. The package was never delivered. We even verified and reached out. The shop has a deal with DHL, not me. We were still in time for an emergency delivery. The flower shop had my money and it did not care… I had to send an email and they would handle it. Until today no response. Not over customer service (?), not over mail. Thank God, I used AMEX. They will handle it. Never buy here!
