No service! No reaction to mails! I have bought the product but cannot use it... no login... and no support.
Perhaps the right way to get support???

After 5 minutes you give me long sentences to pronounce. I do only know one word in the sentence. I don't know anything about structure, logic etc. I know that that's your fancy system, but it's just frustrating. No motivating go along. Also expensive.

Excellent language programme. Very well made, except for the speech recognition is a bit weak

PROs: I like the app's immersion concept: it displays images, reads texts aloud and then requests voice input. This way the speaking skill is trained and strengthened and that gives me confidence/courage in speaking the foreign language (e.g. Spanish) in daily life. Sometimes I also may select texts from a choice list, but I never have to write anything (which to me is a PRO). I can also confirm that the app's voice recognition works pretty fine and therefore I can recommend this app to everyone, who wants to focus on the speaking part.

CONs:
- When I use the app on my old iPhone (8) I would wish for an improved app concept: I can imagine that larger images are displayed even on smaller screens by displaying less images per page.
- I also would wish for a better (automatic/intelligent) determination of my already existing language skills. Currently there are 3 pre-determined training levels but a comprehensive evaluation test (as offered e.g. by Duolingo) is not available.

NEUTRAL: I'm not using the app for too long and hence am going to update this evaluation or write a new one as soon as my 3 month contract is finished.

Lack of responsive customer support. Once you buy Lifetime and Unlimited Coaching, it is unclear why you can't access Fluency Builder and why can schedule only one online coaching session.

The user interface is very confusing and hard to adjust levels and change classes. I found the classes very simple and too easy from what they proposed. Also if you select you objective as “working/business”, the only topics you can study are related to it.
Pages and the app are not related. In summary, I found the whole experience as a mess. The two stars goes to the customer service, that was excellent in giving me my money back.

Great system.makes learning fun.

I simply „love“ this software.. plus side.. it‘s working on tablett and cel .. I am „kind of missing“ some languages. but I bet you are working in it. pls. go on

Rosetta Stone is a wonderful program for learning new languages. Extremely helpful. I purchased the 3 month subscription, and have now purchased the Lifetime Subscription. I highly recommend Rosetta Stone.

Rosetta Stone has a very smart way to teach you languages. They use very instinctive ways to teach users. For example, you start to acquire and understand the language as a toddler or a young child would do. After that, you start to become more fluent. :)
With Rosetta Stone, you can guarantee the intermediate level in any language with a perfect pronunciation. :)

I live in Germany and have been using Rosetta stone to learn German with great success. It's not for everyone, there's no translation in the app, but that style works very well for me. I've been using it in conjunction with pimsleur for my pronunciation and I'm very happy :)

Dies ist most stupid thing ever, if you want to learn türkisch. Stay away!

Great customer service. Polite and helpful - will try their best to so solve the issue. The language programme itself is great too - I bought it originally just for myself but now my daughter is using it too so it works for adults and children alike.

Excellent for learning basics on you own.
Will need personal lessons (you can get get it online) for improvement, computer does not always recognise misspoken words as wrong.

Grammar is very basic but sufficient for learning to speak your first few words. Not always it is self-explaining.

I find that the course is well put together, covers lots of topics, builds up grammar, verb tenses etc. logically and is fun to do.
