lifetime access is not useful

with me having taken a few years off studying languages, i want to restart with chinese and i can not use it in the way i did the fist time round. the platform remembers what i did and chooses the next lesson based on what has already been done.

if i want to use it again from the start, i have to click into each lesson and restart it. and then go back to the beginning of all lessons and hope that the pathway goes from lesson 1 onwards through all of them in order. it is massively awkward and time consuming to open up each lesson to reset it.

i have asked rosetta stone if they will reset it for me, they have said no.

then what is the point of lifetime access. i now have something that is super difficult to use if i choose to and i have tried to enter each lesson to reset it, and its just a mess. pointless having lifetime access then
