The jewellery is also beautiful in its design.

Poorly made and awful customer service

I was gifted a rainbow ring for my birthday but after just a week the stones started to fall out. We contacted customer services who were completely unhelpful, saying they would not do anything to help because I didn't have the original box. This shouldn't be an argument about the box, but instead the poor quality of the jewellery that is unable to last even a week.

Really disappointed and upset by their total disregard for their customers. I advise anyone to look elsewhere to buy similar products. Avoid at all costs.

Just bought a tennis bracelet and have to say one of my best purchases jewellery wise! The quality is fantastic and get so many compliments! Already eyeing up my second one... customer service was great as needed a bit of guidance on size and got an instant reply!! x Can't wait for my next purchase.

The earrings are stunning - I always get compliments when I wear them and the customer service is first class.

Hi Emma. The care card and our jewellery care guide clearly state that our jewellery needs to be kept in a box to prevent damage. Again, sadly because you haven't done so we aren't able to replace an item that hasn't been looked after. We offer a 6 month guarantee for all of our jewellery and can't make exceptions where the jewellery hasn't been cared for as per our terms and conditions.

Again, appalling and accusing customer service. At no point in my complaint did I ever mention a box, so unsure of how the person replying can say I didn't keep it in a box... Also to say I haven't looked after the ring? How on earth would you know that??? I think the seller should really just accept the items are poorly made and faulty. Again please save yourself money and avoid.

The most awful customer service. My friends bought me the baguette rainbow ring for my birthday, I had it on for less than 12 hours & my finger blew up. I had to get a professional jewler to cut the ring off. Everything was kept & it was correctly removed. I contacted customer service who said there was nothing they could do as they don't offer repairs. I then, bought the ring again because I didn't want to disappoint my friends. I've now had the replacement ring less than a ring & a stone gas fallen out. I emailed customer services again but have been informed that because I didn't keep the box they cannot do anything about it. So £200 has been spent on a shoddy piece of jewellery. I am absolutely disgusted with this company & will tell anyone I know, never to use them.
