I ordered from Rosie some lovely pieces at a great price- they didn’t come immediately but that’s okay because I was told a minimum or 20days delivery.

When I received the item some had the labels with her logo on- some nothing. There material is extremely cheap and worn out.
To top it off I was also sent clothes that weren’t in my order.
I couldn’t find my order confirmation so I emailed the company (the email address was and still is invalid).
I called Rosie, who said she had been away and will help when back- fantastic!
She has ignored all my instagram messages and has seen them.
I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

I’ve just recently received my purchase from this company. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my purchase but more so from the impeccable customer service from Victoria Ruttle herself. She realised the order I placed was a gift and therefore personally emailed me to double check if I wished for a personal message to be attached which I thought was very nice and thoughtful.
Further to this, I emailed to double check if I would receive my order before a certain day, Victoria then went on to upgrading me to next day delivery out of good will to ensure I receive my package in time.
She was very attentive, her email responses was very quick just willing to go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy.
I am also very happy with my order.
I highly highly recommend. Xx
