I got these for myself because i've had a hard time wearing anything other than gold earrings. The design is modern and delicate. They dangle and catch the light well. The only complaint is that the backing (stud style) is a little tough to put on and off, but it makes the earrings VERY secure so they don't fall out of my ear.

I liked their selections available and decided on something reflective of who I am. Ordering was easy and three selections for speed delivery was available. I received my lovely ring well packaged and am enjoying it.

Every item I have ordered has been great quality. Boxed. And I’ve really been happy with my purchases. Bought a number of gifts. Things for myself. Silver, gold, pearl.

The earrings were much smaller than I expected. I thought your jewelry would have more presence and character. I like the style design, just too small.

I would never ever recommend them to anyone! They portray beautiful beautiful jewelry in their catalogs, but I've had nothing but problem after problem after receiving my items! From issues with the clasps, to stones falling out and tarnishing which was advertised as in my case as Sterling Silver!

The item was as described. I really like my earrings. The only complaint I have is they are hollow. I was expecting them to have a bit more weight. Ordering was easy, it arrived in a timely manner. Overall, I was very pleased!

I just tore apart your catalog and dumped it in the trash after seeing page after page with Christian crosses or all sort, and Christmas decorations, but NOT ONE STAR OF DAVID, a beloved symbol for those of the Jewish faith.
Surely you know that Jewish people love and appreciate fine jewelry, certainly as much as those of the Christian and other faiths.
So the exclusion of Stars of David or other Jewish-related jewelry can only be intentional.
In this time of rising anti-Semitism, it is disgusting to see Ross & Simons exhibiting such discrimination.
By the way, my grandparents -- both Jewish -- proudly carried the name of Simons, as did their ancestors. They would be appalled to see a company like yours carries their name.
I have requested you take me off your mailing list and be assured I am utterly disgusted with your company.

My wife loved the ring and it arrived promptly and was reasonably priced. It goes very well with the bracelet I bought earlier from Ross-Simons!

Its a beautiful shell charm. I really like it. For an 18Kt gold plating I found it a bit dull, feels more like 14kt. Also, the garnet stones are very light in color, the red does not stand out. So I would say looks different from online pictures. Still very pretty nonetheless and I purchased it during a sale so I will keep it.

Very nice earrings

I had to search for my delivery using the tracking number with our USPS mail lady.
She called the local post master to use GPS with the tracking number on my order.
The mail lady was able, with a GPS locating delivery
Site, to retrieve my Ross Simon package.
It was located about three to four houses down our street sitting on a front porch for two days.
I was very upset as this was an expensive purchase for me.
It took two days of working with USPS to finally locate my purchase.
Please consider using UPS or FedEx for Ross Simon deliveries.
USPS is not always reliable.

This is a beautiful piece of jewelry, and I am so pleased to own it being of Italian ancestry. My grandmother, who was born in Italy, owned a coveted piece of jewelry called the Lion of Venice which was similar to the 500 Lire Coin in that it was two-toned silver and gold and flipped over. My older sister inherited it after my mother's death, so I am thrilled to have this in my possession. Even more special, there was a small scratch on the woman's face and when I called Customer Service, they said they would replace it at no charge immediately. Terrific Customer Service!
