Disgusting Experience at Rossman - Zossener Straße Berlin

I went to Rossman on Zossener Straße 28 in Berlin on 11 October 2021 at around 13.40 to buy toilet paper and a pair of socks. When I approached the teller to pay, she told me the total was €5.34. I gave her €100. She then said something to me in German, and I told her I speak a little bit of German, and she left to talk to the other teller. When she came back, I realised that she had come back with smaller notes, I saw that she had 50, 20, 20 notes.
She then proceeded to give me my change and just put my receipt on the counter. I looked at my receipt and I looked at my change and it did not add up. My change was meant to be €94.66 and she had given me €92.66. I looked at this more than once, at this point she had started helping the next customer. While she was helping the next customer I told her that my change is short, in english. She said no and carried on helping the customer, I told her that it was incorrect and that I was short €2. She then mentioned she cant speak english but in a very rude tone, and ignored me thereafter. I asked the customer she was helping to help translate and I showed her, and she explained to the lady that my change is wrong and the teller lady said my change was not wrong. The teller lady then told the lady helping me to put in her card and pay, so she stopped translating at this point.
I then told the teller that I wanted my €2 and that I would not leave until I got it. At this point she shouted at me, saying that she did not give me the wrong change and that the €2 is actually in my wallet. Insinuating that I have stolen the money. I know this is what she had said because she was pointing at my wallet at this time. At this point I was shocked, angry and humiliated, given the fact that she was the one who made a mistake. I ended up having to empty my wallet to show her that I did not have the €2 (that she had not given me), as all I had was 8c, and I told her that I wanted my money. She opened the till and chucked the €2 in a very aggressive and discourteous manner. I realised at this point that I had been discriminated against and I could not believe that I had been treated this way. This was an appalling experience which has left me traumatised. I was accused of stealing by a teller, when in fact she made the mistake and blamed it on me. When I got home, I called customer service and detailed the experience and I would like this to be addressed.

I'm not sure I should write this or not…

I'm not sure I should write this or not but I think I should, I can say I love Rossmann and I go there for get all my household or everything I need because it just 5 minutes walk from my home..but last Friday ( 8/10/21) around 17.30 PM I went there for need something and just like another day and I don't know Bad experience will happen with me..I waited at the line for pay and I got in front of the cashier and she checked out my things everything look normally and then I took out my reduce card for 10%then she got shout at me look like I did something wrong and she still shout and so loud all people who stand in line looking what happened with me and I got nervous what I do something wrong or not and try to asked a cashier what I have to do.. but suddenly in a moment a cashier she shout have a " Brave" Lady walked in front of me and said with a cashier.." You should talk with her more freindly and stop shouted at her " and a cashier answer " she talked friendly " and all peoples who stand there for pay they answered in the same time "No you are not "
I tried to finished my paying and walked out and feel so bad about this and thinking I'm there customer not a Robber !! I won't be there again!!..

I don't see why poor Rossmann has so many negative reviews :( I love their stores and their assortment of products.

Scammers, don’t waste your money

I’ve placed an order over 2 weeks ago, obviously they were quick to take the money out of my account but my order is nowhere to be seen. No dispatch email, nothing.

They don’t have a phone number to contact them on, and if you send them an email they say they will respond in 30 DAYS.

Absolute joke. I just want my money back now.

Does not work

Looks like their online shop is completely dysfunctional. They take the money, then send it back 10 days later. So it's all a huge waste of time. My past orders don't even show in their system to me, I can only see what happened on my bank account (so no Aufrtragsnummer).
